Subscriptions (Monthly / Yearly)
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.
- If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, contact hello@philvault.com within 7 days and we will assess refunds on a case-by-case basis.
Free Tier
- The free tier allows up to 15 stamps or 14 days from registration, whichever comes first.
- No charges are made during the free tier.
Heritage Packages (One-Time Payments)
Heritage Packages are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Current pricing: Small $9.99 (up to 250 stamps), Medium $29.99 (up to 1,000 stamps), Large $79.99 (up to 3,000 stamps).
- Heritage packages are non-refundable once AI processing has begun.
- If processing has not started, contact hello@philvault.com within 24 hours for a full refund.
Value Unlock Add-On
The $4.99 Value Unlock add-on reveals estimated valuations for Heritage Package collections. It is non-refundable once values have been revealed.
How to Request a Refund
Email hello@philvault.com with your account email and order details. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Link, LLC). Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
